After having had a complete hysterectomy at 36, I am on a mission to support all women through this stage of life. 

I support women navigating through peri-menopause and menopause including post menopause. Offering practical and holistic therapies to ease symptoms in a safe, nurturing space where women feel confident, empowered and at ease.
