Our beautiful day Trip to an uninhabited, secluded island is back.
This time on a Saturday, the day will involve Boat to Island, meditation, cold water dips, soundbath, exploring.
Please dress for the weather. Pack light but remember to bring
A Mat & pillow
Dry robe and water shoes + 2 / 3 costumes
Towels & changing towel
