Cold Water Dip - Newbies welcome

A perfect introduction to cold water therapy. Meet at 9am at White Loch Newton Mearns. Bring a costume, water shoes old trainers or even crocs. A towel and warm layers for after. I will supply a warm drink, please be prepared for a 10min chat and some breathwork before the dip.
