Will I get wet ?
The short answer is NO. You should not get wet. You will not be in the water. That being said the poolside floor can be wet so the bottom of your feet may get a little wet. Your knees could also get a little damp getting back off the bed.

Due to the nature of this activity, the beds can sometimes feel a little damp.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing. Joggers, PJ's, leggings, gym or lounge wear are all good. Anything that you feel comfortable laying down in. Please avoid buckles, studs or anything spikey. We advise against skirts / dresses, also tights as the foot part may get wet.
Please avoid bringing your mobile phone
The venues do not allow mobile phones poolside. I will have a note of your booking so you will not require to bring your phone. Please read the valuables section re. lockers
What should I bring?
We supply an eye mask, blanket and pillow but you can bring your own if you prefer. A bottle of water can be taken onto the beds if needed.
What should I NOT bring ?
Please avoid bringing valuables to classes. Although most venues have lockers often a padlock is required. Although often these can be purchased at reception (usually £5 charge) most modern venues do not take £1 coins now.

Poolside flip flops. Often people like to have something on their feet poolside. You will not be permitted poolside with outdoor shoes on so if you bring flip flops please note these will need to be taken onto the bed with you. The entry and exit area MUST be kept clear for safety. Water shoes are also a good option.
