About The Event
Welcome to my fortnightly floating Soundbath at Erskine Pool. This deep meditation is ideal for Females looking for relaxation and time to just to be.
Soundbaths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker fitted.
Class is not advisable for anyone pregnant.
Please note you will need to be able to get down and up from the bed on the floor. Although we will help you.
You don't need to bring anything specific just wear comfortable clothes
