About The Event
Join me for a beautiful guided meditation, floating on top of the water while you are bathed in the beautiful sounds of my crystal bowls, healing drum and gong. Relax completely as the water carries healing, relaxing vibrations through your body. Floating sound-bath's are 70 times more powerful and healing than a sound-bath in a studio so I am extremely excited to bring you this powerful experience.
Please arrive for 8.15pm for an 8.30pm class start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Please wear casual comfortable clothing. You will be guided onto and off of, your floating bed however you must be able bodied to do so. Please note the lift if not working at Hamilton so you must be able to use stairs.
Shoes and socks will be removed prior to coming poolside. Bring £1 coin for locker if you intend to bring any valuables.
