Floating Soundbath Glasgow City Centre- Strathclyde University

This deeply relaxing floating Soundbath class is ideal for women who need to unwind, settle their nervous system and heal.

We provide the bed, blanket, pillow and eye-mask. This is a journey and Deborah will guide you throughout.

Enjoy music, guided meditation, sound healing and drumming as you relax and float weightless.

Please note tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Please ensure you can attend. If the class is cancelled (this can happen due to the nature of a pool environment) then you will be rescheduled onto the next available and suitable class.

You must be able bodied to get onto the floor and back up to allow you on and off the bed.
