Floating Soundbath - Shotts

Join me for a beautiful guided meditation, floating on top of the water while you are bathed in the beautiful sounds of my crystal bowls, healing drum and gong. Relax completely as the water carries healing, relaxing vibrations through your body. Floating sound-bath's are 70 times more powerful and healing than a sound-bath in a studio so I am extremely excited to bring you this powerful experience.

Please arrive between 6.45pm and 6.50pm for a 7pm start in casual comfortable clothing. You will be assisted onto and off of your floating bed and it is highly unlikely you will get wet. Please bring a towel to dry your feet.

Shoes and socks will be removed prior to coming poolside.

Please don't worry if you are a non swimmer as pool will be raised so no deep end.
