About The Event
My fortnightly meditation class covering a variety of Guided and Sound meditation practices to help easy Stress and Menopause Symptoms.
Please note sound bowls are not suitable for those with heart or blood pressure issues therefore, depending on the needs of those attend other forms of sound healing may ne used in replacement to ensure a save environment for all.
