Join me for this beautiful day visit north to one of the most beautiful places on Earth, the stunning and majestic Glencoe.
Meeting 9am Polmadie Starbucks (car sharing / mini bus)
Day includes a cold dip, soundbath, meditation, Breathwork, soup & rolls, teas, coffee & waters,
plus a short swimble / dip (2)
Approx Arrival home 6pm
