Hormone Harmony is a monthly mother & teen soundbath designed for women moving through perimenopause & young women navigating their own hormonal shifts, emotions, anxiety, & identity changes. Two life stages. One shared sanctuary.
Under soft lighting & surrounded by the calm elegance of NEST, you will settle into ocean-inspired mats, sink into stillness, & let the gentle vibration of sound bowls soothe your minds & bodies. This is a space to land, reconnect, & feel held.
