About The Event
Come join me for my next outdoor south bath. These events are only £5pp and open to all women. Please note sound bowls are not suitable for anyone with heart conditions or with a pacemaker, or high blood pressure. Please consult your GP if you are unsure.
Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket and dress appropriately for laying outside. If it is heavy rain this event will be rescheduled and if not suitable refunded.
8.30am start with tea / coffee (please bring a cup) after the meditation.
Parking on Mansefield Avenue, Cambuslang - War Memorial Entrance follow path to the right hand side for 2 min walk.
