This is a one-off winter retreat day, held by the water at Loch Lomond.

RETURN is not about pushing yourself, fixing yourself or becoming something new.

It’s about coming back into your body, softening your nervous system and remembering what it feels like to feel safe, steady and held.

Through cold water immersion, meditation, sound healing, journaling and intentional rest, you’ll be guided gently back to yourself. At your own pace. With choice at every step.

This day is for women who feel tired of striving and are ready to slow down without guilt.
