About The Event
This next level Soundbath has the benefit of the beautiful sounds in a studio but the comfort of not laying on a hard cold floor.
Spend an hour immersed in the crystal sounds, guided meditation, cosy bed and breathwork.
The class takes place in the stunning Nest Family Wellness Centre in Glasgows East End.
We supply everything you need, simply come at 6.45pm (6.40pm ideally) wearing comfort clothing.
Not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker fitted. Not suitable for pregnancy.
