About The Event
I am excited to bring this beautiful wellness event with Non Ex Director and Wellbeing Ambassador Wilma McDaniel. Wilma has decades of experience working with Global brands across Beauty, Apparel & Technology.
Starting with a calming meditation, we are then transported into a beautiful Spa environment and learn as Wilma takes us through some beautiful award winning Temple Spa products from the Wellness Experience.
Lastly, whether you're new to cold water or a seasoned dipper, enjoy a guided cold water experience, complete with calming breathwork to support and ground you.
